Install YAWI on Android

YAWI is in early access. This page always serves the current release.

Download YAWI 0.9.11 for Android

Install steps

1. Tap the download button above. Your browser will save the .apk file.
2. Open the downloaded file. Android will ask whether to allow installs from your browser. Allow it.
3. Tap Install.
4. You can turn that permission back off afterward if you prefer.

What to expect

Android shows a warning when you install an app from outside the Play Store. That warning appears for every sideloaded app, including this one. If you would rather wait for the Play Store listing, join the list and we will tell you when it is up.

Verification

Every release is signed with the same key we use for the Play Store build, so you can move between the two later without uninstalling. If you want to confirm the file is the one we published, compare its SHA-256 against the value above.

Troubleshooting

"App not installed" usually means an older YAWI build signed with a different key is still on the device. Uninstall it and try again.

The download does not open. Check your browser's Downloads folder and tap the file directly.
